The criminal case is a never-ending roller coaster. Join us as we ride along with the Honorable Kevin Higgins as he reviews the latest ups and downs of criminal case law from Nevada’s appellate courts.

This training is designed for all Nevada judges. NOTE: Meets NDJ Core Competency “Judicial Knowledge” (JK).

Continuing Education Credit:

1.0 hour CLE/CJE (Certificate of Attendance required to receive continuing legal/judicial education credit). NOTE: CLE credit for this course is approved through June 11, 2024, and will then be stale dated.
