2020 TIPS AND TECHNIQUES FOR SUCCESSFUL RESULTS IN CUSTODY AND OTHER RELATIONSHIP-BASED SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES, PART 2 (SP)

Course Description:

This facilitated round table focuses on tips and techniques for dealing with cases in which personal relationships drive the conflict and the parties will have an on-going relationship after the litigation has concluded. The discussion will ask such questions as: In custody cases, does our role change and if so, how?

This is part two of a two-part training. Viewing of part one is required in order to participate in part two.

Who Should Attend:

This course is designed for all settlement program judges, both newly appointed and existing.

Continuing Education Credit:

1.0 mediation and CLE. Including .5 ethics credits (Certificate of Completion required to receive continuing legal/judicial education credit.) NOTE: CLE credit for this course is approved through December 31, 2023, and then will be stale dated.
