Nevada’s civil cases provide a rodeo of material for the sitting judge to tame. Ride along as Robert Eisenberg of Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg, corrals for us a review of the wild broncos of civil cases from the Nevada appellate courts.

Who Should Attend:

This course is designed primarily for all Nevada judges, however; court personnel are invited to attend as well. NOTE: Meets Core Competency “Judicial Knowledge” (JK).

Continuing Education Credit:

1.0 CLE/CJE (Certificate of Attendance required to receive continuing legal/judicial education credit). NOTE: CLE credit for this course is approved through December 31, 2023, and will then be stale dated.
