This training is offered by the Nevada Association of Court Executives (NACE) and is co-hosted by the Nevada Supreme Court. It was first offered on January 16, 2014, and has since been accredited by the CLE Board. The content remains the same.

Training Description:

This training focuses on the foundations of challenging behavior, steps to be proactive in avoiding problems, and being responsive in dealing with problems.
