2014 Leadership: Credibility in Action (CA, M/S)

Free Recorded Webcast (September 18, 2014)

Training Description: Integrity. Trustworthiness. Honesty. Accountability. Ethics. Self-Awareness. All are essential attributes for court leaders in every court. But how do leaders effectively demonstrate these traits and create a court where employees feel valued, safe, productive and happy?

Judge Kevin Burke, Hennepin County District Court, Minneapolis, MN, will provide guidelines on how to build trust, listen effectively, and encourage crucial conversations - all necessary ingredients for creating effective courts. In addition to demonstrating these attributes within the court, court leaders will learn how to integrate these skills in their relationships with their counterparts outside the courts.
