Training Description: Join Judge Melissa Saragosa, Las Vegas Justice Court, as she provides an overview of how to process civil garnishments and enforcements from judgment though return of money. Judge Saragosa will also provide a best-practices walkthrough, beginning when the plaintiff arrives at court and requests enforcement of judgment.

Who Should Attend: This course is designed primarily for limited jurisdiction judges and court staff. However, all other judicial officers and court staff are welcome to attend as well.
