This training is offered by the Nevada Association of Court Executives (NACE) and is co-hosted by the Nevada Supreme Court. It was first offered on December 5, 2019, and has since been accredited by the CLE Board. The content remains the same.

Training Description:

“Court leaders who are skilled at listening, who afford respect, and who can effectively communicate build legitimacy not just for their own work, but for the institution as a whole” (Sherman, 2001:12, 19)

Leadership is a reciprocal relationship between those who lead and those who choose to follow. In this training, Ms. Purves provides tools to engage, connect, inspire, and empower you in your role as a leader and staff in their role as court employees.
