Training Description:

Join us as two of Nevada’s finest trial lawyers in medical malpractice cases, both plaintiff and defense sides, discuss Nevada’s Medical Malpractice Affidavit of Merit (NRS 41A.071 et seq.), and joint and several liability in these complicated cases (NRS 41A.045).

Who Should Attend:

This course is designed for all Nevada general jurisdiction judges.

Continuing Education Credit:

1.0 CLE/CJE (Certificate of Attendance required to receive continuing legal/judicial education credit). NOTE: CLE credit for this course is approved through December 31, 2023, and will then be stale dated.
